چکیده

This article discusses the optimization of sinker electrical discharge machining (sinker EDM) processes using SPHC material that has been hardened. The EDM method is widely employed, for example, in production moulds, dies, and automotive aeronautical components. There neither contact nor a cutting force between electrode work EDM. disadvantage its low removal rate. aims to optimize rate (MRR) graphene electrodes rectangular configuration. was selected determine optimum MRR model input parameter. Taguchi experimental design chosen. technique used three parameters levels. Pulse current (I), spark on time (Ton), gap voltage were among (Vg). graphite rectangle chosen as an material. parameter effect evaluated by S/N ratio analysis. result showed pulse most significant impact initial study, followed voltage. All are directly proportional MRR. For optimal rate, third level current, time, must be maintained. In addition, proposed could applied existing workshop floor simple practical electronic tool predicting wear future research.
